# Locking DDD

### How to lock DDD

#### 1. Navigate to the "Lock" tab and go to the "Lock DDD" section

#### 2. Enter the quantity of DDD tokens you would like to lock and the duration of the lock from 1-16 weeks. If it is your first time locking DDD, you will have to approve your tokens for use with the contract by pressing the “Approve” button.

#### 3. After that transaction has been confirmed, you can press the “Lock” button to lock your DDD tokens.

#### 4. Review the earnings of your locked DDD on the "Claim" tab under the "Locked DDD Earnings" section
