# Getting Started

Getting started on dotdot.finance is extremely simple. All you need is a cryptocurrency wallet like [Metamask](https://metamask.io/), and some BNB to pay for gas. Always ensure you save some BNB in your wallet.\

If you do not have any BNB you will need to purchase some from a centralized cryptocurrency exchange that serves your region. BNB is listed on a number of major global exchanges. If you need help with finding an exchange to purchase BNB, we encourage you to ask one of our helpful community members on our [Telegram](https://t.me/dotdotfinance).

### Setup Wallet 

There are a number of wallets that can be setup to use in the BNB ecosystem, the popular wallet options currently are Metamask and Trust Wallet.
